Responsibilities

  • Coordinate HR related projects in connection with process development with the HUN HW Cloud Platform
  • Effective cooperation with the company's management, headcount planning, recruitment schedule planning,collaborative interview
  • End-to-end recruitment process management:Administer employee lifecycle processes, including new hires, contact with supplier,offboarding, andabsence management.
  • Support for HR programs in visa and payroll related processes
  • Communicate two-way with local visa agents and company hr visa specialists to assist the smooth visa process for Chinese employees assigned abroad
  • Outsourced employees' management and cooperating with the outsourcing supplier,Assis maintain accurate employee records in electronic systems, ensuring compliance with GDPR and internal policies, support background screening and compliance checks.
  • Handling the HR related invoice processes (PO / PR creation):Handle the procure-to-pay process, including creating POs, tracking approvals, and following up on invoices. Work closely with finance and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
  • Development of existing HR processes, mapping of creative channels for new approaches
  • Monitoring HR processes with HQHR: performance appraisal, reporting and presentation
  • Assist in establishing internal business training project
  • Assist with HR projects and provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements

  • Be familiar with basic HR knowledge and have a good command of domain-related policies, processes, and guides.
  • Be skilled in office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and have general knowledge of computer application system operations (including advanced PowerPoint and Excel operations).
  • Demonstrate strong customer service awareness, learning capabilities, and logical thinking skills.
  • Have good communication skills and be able to engage in in-depth communication with major business partners.
  • Be good at independent thinking, be practical and conscientious, and be able to identify and analyze issues and suggest improvements in daily work.
  • Required for bachelor's degree holders; more than one year of experience working in HR for associate degree holders
  • Fluent in English and proficiency in Chinese
