Responsibilities

Recruitment and Deployment Management: Operate and optimize recruitment process in Hungary and Netherlands, manage progress, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes to ensure local recruitment tasks are completed on schedule with quality and quantity. Assist HRBP in formulating internal deployment plans for the Chinese expatriate to ensure staffs’ mobility is carried out as planned.
New Employee Management: Assist HRBP in developing new employee training and management mechanisms, oversee the quality of execution, and ensure the quality and satisfaction of new employee training.
Organizational Management: Responsible for the department's resource allocation plan, organizing position configurations, preparing the department's WFP, tracking the execution of the human resources budget, effectively controlling the compensation package, and ensuring that the human resources budget is executed as planned.
Talent Management Operations: Responsible for learning and development, assisting HRBP in managing individual performance, job-personnel management and talent development, to enhance the department's talent specialization.
Employee Relations and Organizational Atmosphere Development: Execute all employee onboarding and offboarding management, attendance management, and employee certification tasks. In accordance with company requirements, oversee departmental work experience management, employee personal emergency management, recognition incentives, team building, etc., to establish positive employee relations and an organizational atmosphere.
Compliance and Adherence: Responsible for the compliance and operational management of departmental visas, employment, individual taxes, and employee conduct (including employee behavior, BCG, privacy protection, etc.).

Requirements

Bachelor degree
3+ years of HR related work experience
Fluent spoken and written English, Chinese and Hungarian can be an advantage
Ability to work in an international environment
Good communication and problem solving skills
Proficient in using office software (ppt, word, excel, etc)
