On behalf of our partner - a global executive search firm specializing in C-level and board recruitment - we are looking for a new colleague to join their expert team as a Senior Executive Recruiter with a focus on the Aviation & Mobility sector.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with top-tier clients, identify and assess executive-level talent, and contribute to shaping the leadership landscape in one of the world's most dynamic industries.
As a key member of their expert research team, you will:
- Lead and manage executive and board-level search projects across the Air Transport & Mobility segment
- Partner with global consultants and segment leaders to deliver high-impact solutions to clients
- Identify and assess top executive talent through structured research, market mapping, and strategic outreach
- Act as a knowledge and thought partner within the team - your insights will shape how we work and deliver
- Participate in client interactions, workshops, and briefings
- Drive internal initiatives and contribute to developing segment capabilities on a global scale
- Support business development with research, insights, and pitch materials
- Mentor junior colleagues and play an active role in strengthening our expert community
Requirements
What we are looking for
- At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a consulting firm or in a client-facing or coordination-heavy role in sectors such as logistics or transport
- Completed university degree
- Fluent, professional-level English is a must; knowledge of German or other additional languages is a plus
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and comfort working in a multicultural and dynamic environment
- Experience working in an international or professional services setting is an advantage
- Comfortable using MS Office, research tools, and digital platforms
