We are looking for a
Senior Engineer
in Advanced & Sustainable Technologies, who
investigates innovative technological and business solutions aligned with our strategy, drives the development of comprehensive knowledge base and business cases for the implementation of sustainable projects with strong focus on biogas value chain
What would you be doing:
- Manage Advanced and Sustainable Technologies development projects, be responsible for exploring and developing the technical scope focusing mainly on biogas related projects
- Create and maintain a strong network of internal and external stakeholders, including TSOs, DSOs, biogas feedstock providers, technology providers, biogas plant operators, etc.
- Monitor technology developments and sustainability trends and translate them into projects
- Provide strong technological support in mainly biogas related organic and inorganic projects
- Support the professional development of colleagues in Advanced & Sustainable Technologies, covering existing and emerging technological trends
- Identify and investigate the effects of the external environment on existing and future operations from a technological perspective
- Strongly support the Manager and Team Lead on professional topics
- Be responsible for the safe and HSE-compliant realization of work
The ideal candidate:
- Holds Msc in engineering (bioengineer, environmental engineer, chemical engineer, energy engineer, mechanical engineer, process engineer)
- Has 5+ years’ work experience
- Has experience and expertise in at least one of the following areas: biogas industry, food industry, waste industry (deponia gas power plant), wastewater treatment industry
- Is fluent in English, written and spoken
- Is advanced in MS Office and MS Project
- Has a Driving License Category B
