Senior Digital Project Manager

• Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of assigned projects from idea generation through planning, approval, procurement, execution, monitoring and handover

• Prepare project roadmaps and detailed action plans; continuously monitor progress and ensure projects remain on track

• Manage the critical path and ensure visibility of risks and issues before they impact delivery

• Identify, manage and communicate risks, assumptions, dependencies and issues to stakeholders

• Develop detailed cost plans; ensure investment cases are properly scoped and budgets are controlled, including plan vs. actual tracking and forecasting

• Act as a main point of contact, ensuring effective information flow and collaboration across stakeholders

• Coordinate and supervise external consultants, vendors and suppliers

• Build and manage the project delivery team, with indirect management responsibility of approximately 10–15 people

• Prepare reports, meeting materials, status updates and decision-support documents in line with MOL internal requirements

• Maintain structured documentation, templates and tracking tools

• Support and control procurement processes related to the projects

• Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness through new processes, ways of working or collaborations

• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure consistent delivery standards

• Work closely with and report to the Senior Enterprise Architect

• Contribute to additional tasks required for successful project implementation

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, IT, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital project management

• Experience in both infrastructure and software development projects

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

• Proactive and purpose-driven mindset

• Ability to prioritise and make decisions aligned with value delivery

• High level of adaptability

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
