Commission system and KPI development – architect the blueprint of triumph

Embark on a journey of innovation as you design and refine our commission systems. Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that resonate with our ambitions, setting the stage for a performance-driven culture that empowers our team to conquer new frontiers.

Stakeholder management – choreographing a symphony of success

In this role, you're not just managing stakeholders; you're crafting relationships. Your proficiency in forging connections, inspiring others, and aligning objectives will be the foundation for success. Collaborate seamlessly, infusing projects with out-of-the-box thinking. Navigate challenges with creativity, ensuring every project reflects your dynamic approach.

Data analysis – the alchemist of insights

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you:

have a college or university degree,
have at least 5 years relevant professional experience – telco experience is a plus,
are fluent both in English and Hungarian,
are not afraid to use your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
have the ability to engage in systemic thinking,
are capable of grasping the broader perspective while being at ease with intricate details,
have outstanding interpersonal and collaborative skills,
have advanced knowledge of MS Office,
are either already familiar with PowerBI or open to gain this new skill.
