Responsibilities
Your role:
- Lead and develop AP & AR teams
- Oversee invoicing, collections, supplier payments and cash allocation
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end close for AP/AR
- Maintain strong financial controls and data quality
- Drive automation and continuous process improvement
- Own and optimise the ERP system (Business Central or similar)
- Track and improve KPIs for AP, AR and cash operations
- Work closely with IT, FP&A and audit teams
Requirements
What you bring:
- Proven experience in leading AP/AR or Financial Operations teams
- Strong ERP knowledge (Business Central or similar)
- Hands-on mindset with a passion for automation
- Solid understanding of finance processes and controls
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Nice to have:
- Multi-entity or international environment experience
- ERP implementation or upgrade exposure
