Responsibilities

Working in a scaled environment to improve scaled design accuracy
Driving and facilitating Scrum activities such as PI planning, daily scrum meetings, sprint retrospectives, and product demos
Creating dashboards
Facilitating the team and removing impediments to maintain consistent delivery rhythm
Finding new ways to boost team performance and efficiency including using AI and new tools
Documenting team decisions and following up on agreements
Encouraging collaboration within the Scrum team, between teams, and with other stakeholders

Requirements

Hands-on experience in SAFe environment or SAFe certification
Experience with PI Planning process and ability to support the team throughout it
Responsibility and capability to improve team velocity
Proven track record of proactive approach
High-level knowledge and practical use of JIRA/Trackspace
Fluent English knowledge
