Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager,

Facilitate and coordinate the transition between agile and waterfall methodologies for the organization and project teams, identifying the most suitable hybrid approach where necessary.

Plan and manage the agile project scope, timeline, and budget

Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum events, ensuring that the team works in alignment with agile principles.

Actively assist the team in identifying and removing workflow obstacles and supports the resolution of any resource procurement or other challenges.

Continuously iterate based on sprint goals and priorities, ensuring that development cycles are short and productive, providing rapid feedback to both the team and the business side.

Coordinate the work of multiple teams, with particular focus on development teams, to ensure the efficient allocation of resources, tasks, and capacities

Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders to keep them informed about project status, sprint progress, and any emerging issues

Support the development and continuous improvement of agile practices within teams and the organization by organizing training sessions and workshops.

Track agile metrics (such as velocity, burndown chart, and sprint review) to ensure team performance and progress are clear to all key business stakeholders.

3 years of experience as a Scrum Master

Scrum Master certification

Experience as an IT Project Manager is a requirement

Ability to take responsibility for the team

Must be highly proactive
