Processes

• As a process expert, you will analyze procurement processes, identify strengths and weaknesses, and manage potential for improvement
• Thanks to your technical expertise, you are very successful in supporting process-related (sub)projects, thereby achieving process improvements, harmonization, and standardization

Governance

• You will oversee the existing reporting system, key performance indicator systems, and reporting processes
• Support the department's risk management
• Ensure data quality and regular reporting
• Validate and analyze purchasing data and key performance indicators from the available systems
• Support the department's risk management

Tools

• You will be responsible for the departmental applications in the ERP system as a local key user and will support the department as first-level support for all IT applications used
• Supporting improvement measures and adjustments to existing IT tools
• Translating and feeding departmental requirements into IT in coordination with the GKU
• Continuously optimizing systems and IT tools used in collaboration with the GKU
• Conduct training courses on the tools and processes you support

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in business studies / industrial engineering / IT
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in the relevant field
• Fluent Hungarian & English is a must, additionally German is an advantage
• Good MS Office knowledge required (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
• Good SAP S/4 Hana knowledge
• Driver's license B category
• Very good communication skills both in English and Hungarian
• Proactiveness
• Team spirit, intercultural competence, and a meticulous approach to work round off your profile
• It is essential that you have experience in working with SAP (MM) that goes beyond pure user knowledge
• Occasional business trips are a matter of course for you
• Ability to handle conflicts and work under pressure
• Analytical thinking and good problem solving
• In-depth knowledge of procument processes
