Responsibilities
- Identify and collect requirements to improve Salesforce from users and cross-functional stakeholders
- Implement Salesforce configuration changes such as Flow Builder automations, custom fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports based on those requirements
- Manage all aspects of user and license administration, including onboarding/offboarding, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups
- Monitor user adoption and support continuous improvement of our CRM environment including system- and user documentation
- Handle user support tickets and provide proactive guidance to ensure a smooth Salesforce experience
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products and at least 1 year of hands-on administration experience with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- ideally, you possess a Salesforce Administrator Certification.
