Responsibilities

The Customer care and Sales Support colleague will be responsible for close cooperation with Field Sales and Headquarters’ departments. You will also get to work directly with customers; to build relations and ensure high quality standards.

As the Sales Support and Customer Care specialist you will:
 
  •  Carry out daily sales support work.
  •  Respond directly to customer requests by phone or email.
  •  Order and record card orders and toll payment devices.
  •  Answer the request of the Field Sales colleagues by phone or e-mail.
  •  Process incoming contracts and orders in a timely manner, considering quality expectations.
  •  Present products and services to existing corporate customers
  •  Perform all necessary activities and tasks in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and Salesforce.
  •  Ensure extensive product know-how
  •  Incoming contract documentation, control, and management.
  •  Handle/record complaints in the CRM
  •  Must follow contractual process, follow company protocol.
  • Contact with HQ daily
  • Prepare reports

 

Requirements

Previous work experience in a similar function in areas as Sales Support or Customer Care area.

Education:
  • completed commercial training or commercial, business degree
 Proficiency in the use of:
 
  • Good PC skills (Office, Notes, Salesforce)
  • Good understanding of numbers
  • Negotiation skills
  • High service orientation and service readiness
  • Ability to handling objections in customer discussions
Demonstrating:  
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • An eye for details and sense of urgency
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to push for win-win solutions.
  • Stress tolerance
  • Customer focus, motivated individual
  • Good analytical skills, ability to solve problems, striving to find solutions beneficial to both parties.
 Languages required: English and Hungarian language skills; fluent written and spoken is a must
