To strengthen our Hungarian and Eastern European (Romania, Slovakia, Czechia, Poland) sales organization, we are looking for a Sales Representative who is highly motivated, business-driven and ready to grow with an international group.

​​​​​​​As a Sales Representative of a fast-growing start-up organization within an international group, you will play a key role in building our market presence, developing new client relationships, and driving sustainable business growth in the automotive and manufacturing sector
  • Actively acquire new B2B customers in the automotive and manufacturing sectors mainly in Hungary, also in Eastern Europe
  • Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with existing clients
  • Identify customer needs and propose suitable service solutions
  • Prepare quotations, tender materials, conduct negotiations, and close contracts
  • Coordinate closely with operations, engineering and project management teams
  • Manage sales activities in CRM and prepare regular sales reports
  • Monitor market trends, customer demands and competitor activity
  • Represent the company at client meetings, audits, and industry events

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales in Hungary and Eastern Europe (industrial, automotive or service background is a strong advantage)
  • Active network of contacts at Hungarian and Eastern European manufacturing companies (primarily automotive).Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Residence in Hungary
  • Proactive, result-oriented and comfortable working independently
  • Hunter mentality with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
  • Willingness to travel within Hungary and abroad
  • Valid driving license (Category B)

Nice-to-have

German, Slovakian, Polish language knowledge
