Responsibilities

  • Building and executing targeted outbound campaigns
  • Creating prospect lists by cross-referencing multiple data sources
  • Setting up and managing multi-channel outreach sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Maintaining CRM records and campaign tracking in HubSpot
  • Integrating data from multiple providers and APIs
  • Qualifying leads
  • Documenting buying signals and trigger events
  • Scoring prospects based on fit and intent
  • Running A/B tests on messaging and outreach sequences
  • Tracking performance and implementing improvements
  • Operating AI agents and automation workflows to scale research and qualification processes
  • Configuring Clay workflows for data enrichment
  • Executing LinkedIn or email outreach campaigns using HeyReach or similar tools

Requirements

  • 3+ Years of experience in B2B outbound sales, sales development, or demand generation
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful outbound campaigns
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn and email automation tools such as HeyReach, Smartlead, or similar platforms
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms including workflow automation and pipeline management
  • Strategic, consultancy-driven mindset
  • Ability to build smart qualification frameworks and uncover non-obvious buying signals
  • Self-motivated professional capable of working independently while managing complex, multi-channel campaigns
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to optimize campaign performance through continuous testing and refinement
  • Genuine interest in technology

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in software development or digital consulting
  • Expert-level proficiency with Clay or similar data enrichment platforms for building sophisticated prospect intelligence
