Hello there! We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VOIS) and we’re looking for a
Reward Specialist
Your role in a nutshell:
To execute the Reward and recognition strategy of _VOIS Europe (Hungary & Albania) by delivering benefit scheme, recognition frameworks, salary benchmarking, and annual reward review cycle.
What you’ll do:
- Execute end to end ARR process covering annual salary review, bonus and share plan, as per timelines
- Execute market research for compensation and new activities to understand the labor market potential and cost implications
- Ensure data accuracy for reward and Organizational Effectiveness related data – coordinate with HR Operations and HRBPs for accuracy
- Test, execute and enable implementation of online systems for compensation & variable pay module
- Embed reward and recognition policies and frameworks (local, global).
- Support Share plan administration on a regular basis and coordinate with HR Operations for this as required
- Analyse reward related data and provide insights into trends, risks and opportunities.
- Act as a consultant to HRBPs and business leaders, on the effective implementation of reward processes
- Support implementation of the _VOIS reward strategy in line with the Vodafone Group’s policies
- Contribute to and drive projects related to the area
- Build communication and create appropriate awareness of reward guidelines
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Commercially savvy / good depth of business understanding
- Good breadth of HR experience (5 years plus); generalist and /or specialist
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the areas of Reward/Finance/Senior HR generalist or HRBP
- Vendor management and negotiation skills
- Analytical, intellectual capacity to deal with costs and trends, prepare analysis
- Knowledge and Understanding of Hungarian Labour code
- Experience with budgeting of employment costs
- Fluent English skills both written and spoken
- Attention to details and ability to see the big picture at the same time
- Prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Local network of other reward professionals
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
