Responsibilities

Managing daily operations of a Korean takeaway restaurant
Serving customers at the counter and handling customer service
Packaging and handing out food orders
Preparing the restaurant before opening and supporting closing tasks
Coordinating part-time staff, including recruitment and shift scheduling
Maintaining a clean, organized, and friendly restaurant environment
Supporting the smooth launch and daily operation of a new restaurant

Requirements

Native-level Hungarian language skills
Advanced English language skills
At least 1 year of experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, responsible, and well-organized personality
Ability to manage daily tasks independently
Willingness to work full-time, 40 hours per week

Nice-to-have

Korean language skills, even beginner level
Experience with social media or marketing
Experience in takeaway, fast-casual, or Asian food restaurants
Previous experience managing part-time staff or shift schedules
Long-term employment intention
Interest in Korean food and culture

The restaurant will focus on Korean takeaway food and aims to provide friendly service, efficient daily operation, and a welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

Opening days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
