We’re looking for a Restaurant and Bar Manager who can combine exceptional service, a love for great food and wine, and the ability to lead a talented team.

As Restaurant and Bar Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth, high-quality operation of the restaurant, the bar, and rooftop bar; from day-to-day service to special events. Together with the F&B Manager, you will help manage operations and support the team. These responsibilities include:​​

• Deliver Excellence: Maintain the highest service standards and ensure Guest satisfaction.
• Lead the Team: Supervise waitstaff and bartenders, fostering performance and teamwork.
• Hire & Train: Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and developing your team members.
• Drive Results: Participation in effective revenue and cost budgets responsibilities.
• Sell & Host Events: Oversee sales and execution of corporate and private functions.
• Collaborate Across the Hotel: Work with other departments to ensure an outstanding overall Guest experience.
• Make It Happen: Coordinate regular events, introduce new menus, and launch promotions.

We’re seeking someone with:

• Experience: At least 1 year as a restaurant manager.
• Trend Awareness: Strong knowledge of current culinary and gastronomic trends.
• Product Expertise: Excellent understanding of wines, cocktails, spirits and other beverages.
• Language Skills: Advanced English and Hungarian.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and motivate a team, even those needing extra drive
• Creativity: Innovative approach to problem-solving and delivering results.
• HR Knowledge: Basic understanding of labor law.
• Tech Comfort: Confidence with modern technologies.
