Join our Subsurface team in a key role where you’ll lead reservoir modelling and resource evaluation activities. From transforming contingent resources into reserves to unlocking potential through new wells, workovers, and field development projects, your work will reveal hidden value in diverse clastic, carbonate, and metamorphic reservoirs.

• Shape the future of energy recovery by unlocking the potential of complex reservoirs (from fractured carbonates to clastics) through smart data integration and interpretation.

• Make collaboration count — work hand-in-hand with engineers, geophysicists, and other experts to deliver insights that drive confident, cross-disciplinary decisions.

• Fuel growth opportunities by evaluating new prospects and optimizing both mature and emerging fields, turning subsurface challenges into value creation.

• Build trust in the numbers with reliable resource estimates and uncertainty-aware 3D geomodels that guide multi-million–dollar decisions.

• Impact operations directly by shaping drilling programs, planning subsurface projects, and contributing to strategies that maximize recovery and minimize risk.

• Educational Background: You have a University or College degree in Geology/Geophysics/Earth Sciences/Hydrogeology/Petroleum engineering or similar field.

• Professional Experience: Confident and proven practical knowledge in reservoir geology.

• Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English,

  • Experience with SLB’ Petrel or Aspentech’s RMS or RfD’s tNavigator software.

• Mindset & Interpersonal skills:

  • Team player with focus on alignment and cooperation,

  • Proactivity with a problem solving mindset.

• Nice to Have:

  • Experience in coordinating study/subsurface project teams.

  • Familiarity with SPE-PRMS.
