Reservoir Engineer Growwwer

In this role, you will start building your expertise in field development, gaining hands-on experience in subsurface-related projects while working in a dynamic and motivating environment. You will apply and further develop your understanding of reservoir engineering tools, supporting the evaluation and delivery of field development proposals such as infill drilling, EOR/EGR and production optimization under the guidance of experienced professionals. You will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of fields, helping you build a strong and versatile technical foundation. From early on, you will take on responsibility, contributing to real projects and developing your problem-solving skills by tackling technical challenges. Your main tasks will be:

• Work within integrated reservoir studies team and/or operative reservoir management team.

• Provide support to field development and production optimization teams in production monitoring, production analysis and optimization efforts.

• Identify field development and improvement opportunities under supervision.

• Deliver hydrocarbon-in-place and recoverable volume estimations applying various reservoir engineering methods (decline curve analysis, material balance etc.).

• Involvement in development and re-development studies.

• Your Background: University degree in Reservoir Engineering, Geology or a related discipline, with up to 2 years of reservoir engineering experience.
• Your Personality: A motivated and proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges in a technical environment.
• Team Player: You enjoy working in a collaborative, multicultural team and value open communication across disciplines.
• Language Skills: Confident communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Tech Savvy: Confident user of MS Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and comfortable working in a digital, international environment.
