Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, or mail.
- Identify guest reservation needs and determine the reservation request.
- Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers. Accommodate and document special requests.
- Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue.
- Input and access data in the reservation system.
- Follow proper escalation procedures when addressing guest concerns.
- Handling administrative duties
- Monitoring bookings arriving from other booking portals
- Recognizing potential upselling, and business opportunities and forwarding it to the relevant department
- Close cooperation with Sales department
Requirements
- Similar experience in hospitality is required (minimum of 1-2 years)
- Opera system knowledge is an asset.
- Fluent Hungarian and excellent English knowledge
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable personality
- Proactive, flexible and guest-oriented person
