Responsibilities

Your main tasks

  • Receive and process booking requests via phone, email, online platforms, or in-person.
  • Confirm availability, room types, and special requests.
  • Enter reservations accurately into the hotel management system.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries about rates, facilities, and services.
  • Provide personalized recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Follow up with guests before arrival to confirm bookings or special requirements.
  • Offer room upgrades, packages, and additional services (spa, dining, transportation) to maximize revenue.
  • Suggest special promotions or loyalty programs tailored to the guest.
  • Communicate guest preferences and special requests to housekeeping, concierge, and F&B teams.
  • Collaborate with front desk and sales teams to ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
  • Address and resolve booking issues, discrepancies, or complaints.
  • Correspondence in German, English, and French
  • Maintaining and updating guest profiles

Requirements

Your profile

  • Professional experience in a similar establishment in Switzerland and/or abroad

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in German, English, and French

  • Team spirit, flexibility, resilience, and a strong sense of responsibility

  • Ability to stay organized and efficient even in busy or stressful situations
