Tasks
You will join the Group Downstream R&D team supporting MOL Group’s 2030+ Strategy by connecting research and development activities with regulatory and sustainability requirements. The role ensures alignment between innovation, compliance, and industry regulations across refinery, fuels, and polymer development projects.
You will support the analysis of regulatory frameworks, contribute to compliance assessments, assist in identifying impacts on R&D projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate regulations into actionable project requirements.

Requirements
- Your Background: A fresh graduate, have your bachelor’s in chemical engineering, environment engineering or a related field, or master’s degree in regional environmental economics.
- Your Personality: Curious, communicative, presentation skills, analytical, proactive and have a result-driven attitude when tackling unusual problems
- Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in any other language is considered an asset.
- Needed skills: User level of MS Office, B category driving license, MS Project is a plus.
