PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

The position exists due to the need of operating renewable electricity production and storage portfolio. The Renewable Operation and Maintenance Specialist is responsible for management of existing renewable energy operation.

  • Manage the operation of renewable asset portfolio on MOL Group level, CEO of operating companies.
  • Coordinate, standardize and harmonize the operation principles, key performance indicators of renewable energy assets on MOL Group level.
  • Strongly support for contracting Operation & Maintenance and Commercial & Financial contracts of the asset portfolio.
  • Responsible for managing decision points for managers and preparing decision-making materials about project evaluations and their status.
  • Supports the daily work of Head of Group Renewables by coordinating and tracking the decision-making, stakeholder management, reporting and information sharing.
  • Represents the Group Renewables organization on job-specific events, forums.
  • Help to create and maintain a strong network of internal and external stakeholder.
  • Is responsible for safe and HSE compliant realization of work.
  • BSC in engineering or economics.
  • Preferably 10+ year professional experience.
  • Expertise in Operation & Maintenance, Commercial and financial operation, Sustainability and Renewables.
  • MS Office advanced knowledge.
  • Fluent Business English.
  • Driving licence.
