Responsibilities

Understanding MSCI index construction methodologies including ongoing enhancements and new products
Mastering MSCI Index tools, applications and usage of MSCI data
Assisting global clients via phone and email by answering detailed questions on products and methodology
Providing trainings on the usage of MSCI products, tools and applications
Assisting clients with ongoing usage of products and data requests
Coordinating with internal departments to manage client requests and inquiries
Conducting service reviews with clients regularly
Acting as liaison and source of feedback to Sales, Research, Product Management, Finance and Product Delivery groups
Ensuring clients are aware of important changes and developments to MSCI indexes
Taking ownership of initiatives to improve client experience and process efficiency

Requirements

Strong numerate bachelor’s degree in Economics or Finance
3-4 years experience in client relationship management
Fluency in English
Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying complicated concepts verbally and in writing
Good understanding of capital markets and investment products
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines

Nice-to-have

CFA qualification, Fluency in another European language
