Responsibilities
The Regulatory Affairs Specialist is responsible for ensuring full compliance of Sunrider products with applicable Unite Kingdom, Hungarian and European Union regulatory requirements. This position supports regulatory activities across two primary regions—50% Hungary and 50% UK & Western Europe—and serves as a key liaison between local teams, international headquarter, manufacturing partner, and external regulatory consultants. The role ensures accurate product registration, compliant labeling, and timely documentation management to support effective market access and product launches.
Cross-Functional & International Coordination
· Liaise regularly with US Headquarter, manufacturing facility, and external labeling specialists to ensure timely and accurate regulatory submissions.
· Work closely with internal departments to ensure product information and documentation remain compliant across all communication channels.
Product Launch & Marketing Support
· Support new product launches by preparing regulatory-compliant marketing materials, including product fact sheets, product cards, and translated materials.
· Request and assist with updating price lists and product documentation for internal and external use.
· Ensure all product listings displayed on the company website comply with UK, Hungary and EU regulatory standards.
Reporting & Administrative Duties
· Prepare regulatory reports and summaries for management as needed.
· Monitor regulatory changes at UK, Hungary and EU levels and advise internal stakeholders accordingly.
· Track and manage expenditures related to regulatory activities, ensuring efficient use of company resources.
· Represent the company at regulatory meetings, conventions, and events as requested.
Team Collaboration & Support
· Promote effective collaboration within the regulatory team and support colleagues during peak periods or absences.
· Contribute to achieving overall team goals and maintaining high professional standards.

Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Regulatory Affairs, or related field.
· Previous experience in regulatory affairs within HU and the EU (cosmetics or dietary supplements preferred).
· Strong understanding of UK, EU and Hungarian regulatory frameworks.
· Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
· Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across international team
· Previous experience in regulatory affairs within HU and the EU (cosmetics or dietary supplements preferred).
· Strong understanding of UK, EU and Hungarian regulatory frameworks.
· Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
· Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
