Main responsibilities, tasks:

Support end-to-end payroll and benefits administration across the region
Process payroll-related inputs including leave payments and time & attendance data
Ensure payroll and benefits compliance with local regulations and internal policies
Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate with external providers
Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, tax-related submissions, and invoicing
Manage payroll-related payments to authorities, pension providers, and benefits partners
Handle employee queries related to pay and benefits with a strong service mindset
Identify operational issues, support root cause analysis, and contribute to process improvements
Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and data protection
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth payroll operations

Required skills:

3+ years experience in payroll, ideally in a service-oriented environment.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service mindset
English proficiency
