Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day work of the company in close cooperation with the CEO
- Hire, train and manage store teams
- Develop guidelines, processes for stores
- Assist in expansion of retail network (searching for suitable locations, manage store openings, etc)
- Notice flaws, address issues and suggest improvements
- Monitor the performance of teams and motivating them to reach targets
- Keeping up to date with competitors
Requirements
Experience in managing retail teams is mandatory.
Working level of English and fluent Hungarian is required.
Experience in furniture retail will be considered a great advantage, as well as experience in managing retail network expansion.
Candidate must be able to address issues with the team, suggest improvements and follow through with the tasks given to subordinates.
