• Providing support to Store Managers in managing their teams, solving problems and achieving goals
• Recruitment for the positions of Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager and support in recruiting Sales Assistants
• Activities related to the development of competencies, training, and employee evaluation motivation and employee engagement
• Close cooperation with the local regional team and the international HR team

• We are looking for candidates who have experience in team management in international fashion companies ( experience as an HRBP in plus)
• We are looking for candidates who want to develop in the HR area like to conduct recruitment, development and motivational processes
• Have highly developed communication and organizational skills and like to work in a dynamic environment
• They can communicate in English and are ready to travel on business (2 days in the office and 3 days in the region)
