We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Trainee (in 20-40 hours per week) to support both AutoWallis’s daily recruitment activities and strategic projects!

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Trainee (in 20-40 hours per week) to support both AutoWallis’s daily recruitment activities and strategic projects!
What will be your roles and responsibilities?
1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening
- Job Advertisements: Assisting in drafting, posting, and managing job vacancies on various platforms.
- Resume/Application Screening: Conducting initial reviews of resumes and applications to assess basic qualifications and fit against job requirements.
- Phone Screening: conducting phone calls to screen candidates and creating candidate profiles based on the discussions.
- Database Management: Updating and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate databases.
2. Interview Coordination
- Scheduling: Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendars, and sending confirmations.
- Communication: Acting as a primary contact for candidates to answer basic queries, communicate application status, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Administrative Support: Preparing interview materials, coordinating logistics for interviews (in-person or virtual), conducting assessment systems.
3. Reporting
- Recruitment reports: Measuring and reporting key recruitment performance indicators on regular basis and upon request.
4. Supporting projects
- As part of the Recruitment team, collaboration in recruitment-related projects which aim to increase efficiency of the process and provide better candidate and recruiter experience (e.g. employer branding, ATS, recruitment-related trainings)
Requirements
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
- Ongoing studies in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Experience in any office-based administrative position, where user-level IT skills and collaboration with other people were required.
- Fluent English and Hungarian (both written and spoken) is a must.
- User-level IT skills - MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint knowledge.
- Great communication skills – capability to connect with other people in both written and spoken.
- Detail-orientation – capability to perform repetitive exercises while maintaining high level of precision in administrative tasks.
- Ownership – by using the instructions and guidance given by stakeholders and colleagues, taking full responsibility on assigned tasks and delivering them on required level.
- Personal effectiveness – being good with time management, prioritization and execution.
- Czech, Romanian and/or Slovenian language skill is a big advantage.
