Responsibilities

Support the recruitment team by delivering tasks on time and with precision
Conduct phone pre-screenings with candidates
Maintain and update our candidate database
Assist with sourcing candidates via LinkedIn
Act as the first point of contact for applicants
Represent NIX at job fairs and company events

Requirements

Excellent communication skills
Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
Strong ability to prioritize and manage tasks
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset

Nice-to-have

Previous experience in Talent Acquisition
Sourcing experience on LinkedIn and with job sites
Knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Arabic language
