Responsibilities
- Providing support to the recruitment team by completing designated activities within agreed timeframes.
- Conducting phone pre-screening calls with candidates.
- Maintaining and working with a candidate database.
- Assisting with active search.
- Acting as a first point of contact for applicants.
- Representing NIX company on job fairs and at company’s events.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English (at least B2).
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Organised and proactive approach.
- Detail-oriented mindset.
Nice-to-have
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Sourcing experience.
- Knowledge of Arabic language.
