Recruitment Consultant (IT)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide positive candidate experience - our Google Review is 4,9* - source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various job openings by providing a professional service
- Fostering and developing close working relationship with our varied client portfolio – from clients across all industries
- Collaborate with hiring managers, educate and counsel to fulfil their staffing needs Expand sourcing channels besides actively using Boolean, LinkedIn and database
- End-to-end recruitment responsibility, including business development
Requirements
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience in the IT sector
- Background in IT contracting is a huge advantage
- College/University degree
- English intermediate and Hungarian fluent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Open, honest, and fair attitude
- Positive and optimistic
- Self-motivated to perform
