 Recruitment Consultant (IT)

  • Provide positive candidate experience - our Google Review is 4,9* - source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various job openings by providing a professional service 
  • Fostering and developing close working relationship with our varied client portfolio – from clients across all industries  
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, educate and counsel to fulfil their staffing needs Expand sourcing channels besides actively using Boolean, LinkedIn and database 
  • End-to-end recruitment responsibility, including business development
  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience in the IT sector
  • Background in IT contracting is a huge advantage
  • College/University degree
  • English intermediate and Hungarian fluent 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Open, honest, and fair attitude 
  • Positive and optimistic  
  • Self-motivated to perform
  • Achievable targets with straight forward career steps including managerial promotion option
