Responsibilities

Source and attract top commercial talent for distribution and retail roles
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation
Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver top-tier candidates
Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify the best talent across different countries
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience

Requirements

Proven experience in recruiting commercial positions (sales, business development, category management, etc.)
Strong background in distribution and/or retail hiring
Strong international recruitment experience, particularly in African and European regions.
Excellent networking and sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, direct search)
Ability to work independently and deliver results within tight deadlines
