Responsibilities

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcome from the moment they arrive until their departure. You will deliver fast, efficient check-in and check-out services, offer personalized assistance, and create a pleasant atmosphere throughout their stay.

Warmly greet guests and ensure smooth, efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
Provide personalized service and maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
Answer guest inquiries, resolve issues quickly, and handle any special requests.
Manage reservations, room allocations, and booking modifications.
Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and organized.
Represent B&B HOTELS as a brand ambassador, upholding company standards and values.

Requirements

Strong guest-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
Positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.
Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Professional commitment to high-quality hospitality.
Fluency in Hungarian and English (additional languages are a plus).
High stress tolerance and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
