Responsibilities

We’re on the lookout for an energetic and experienced receptionist to be the heart and brain of our guest journey at Wonder Budapest – a stylish, boutique hotel that’s all about experience, character, and connection.

Requirements

being the member of the front office & reception team
Ensuring smooth check-ins, seamless communication, and top-notch guest service
Handling guest requests, feedback, and sometimes a little magic
Coordinating room availability, rates, and reservations with the revenue team
Running daily operations and reports using our PMS - Sabeeapp
Working closely with all departments to deliver a first class stay every time

Nice-to-have

Proven experience in front office or hotel operations
A warm, confident, and organized personality, with a warm welcoming smile
Strong communication skills in English and some Hungarian
Tech-comfortable
Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and guest-obsessed
Flexible with shifts – early birds and night owls both welcome!

Wonder Budapest opened it's gates in 2026. We are a real boutiques hotel with full of magic towards our guests. The hotel is located central downtown, and is fast picking up on a very high reputation among guests.
