Do you enjoy greeting people with a smile, making their day a little brighter, and creating a calm, friendly atmosphere around you?
At WONDER Budapest, we’re looking for a warm, professional Receptionist to be one of the first friendly faces our guests meet when they arrive at our stylish, boutique hotel.
If you love hospitality, enjoy helping others, and want to grow your career in a vibrant, high-class hotel opening, we’d be happy to meet you.

Requirements

Welcoming guests with a genuine smile and friendly attitude
Handling check-ins and check-outs smoothly and professionally
Answering questions, giving recommendations, and assisting guests throughout their stay
Managing phone calls, emails, and messages in a polite, efficient way
Supporting reservations and basic administrative tasks at the front desk
Communicating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure everything runs seamlessly
Helping to create a warm, inviting lobby atmosphere where guests feel at home

Nice-to-have

Experience in reception, front office, or customer service (hotel experience is an advantage, but not a must)
A friendly, positive personality and polished, professional appearance
Strong communication skills – Hungarian and English are a must (any extra language is a plus)
Comfortable using computers and hotel systems (PMS knowledge is an advantage)
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Calm and solution-focused, even when it’s busy
Flexible with shifts – mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends
