Responsibilities

Welcome and assist our patients in a warm, helpful and kind manner
Handle cash in multiple currencies and manage invoice-related paperwork
Schedule appointments and manage the daily agenda
Screen, answer and direct incoming phone calls
Respond to urgent matters and ad-hoc requests
Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient day-to-day operations

Requirements

Fluency in both written and spoken English & Hungarian (essential)
Excellent organisational skills
Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
A confident, proactive and professional manner
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Sharp attention to detail
Strong computer literacy
Minimum secondary-level education
