Állás leírása

Responsibilities

  • Be the receptionist for the office (greet and help anyone that comes to the office)
  • Assist with organization of travel and reimbursement for employees
  • Office organization on both of our office floors (fill up supplies in kitchens and restrooms, tidy up kitchen; organize products and diffusers in office, etc.)
  • Assist employees with receipts, reimbursements, gift cards, office lockers etc.
  • Assist HR and Finance department with ad-hoc activities occasionally
  • Ordering and keeping inventory of office supplies and resources
  • Keep in touch with Building Management (repairs, parking lot access etc.)
  • Manage in-house filing, postal services

Requirements

  • Fluent ENGLISH & HUNGARIAN knowledge is a MUST
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and other Office programs
  • Preferred to have at least 1 year of Office management or Receptionist experience but not necessary
  • Provides the highest level of customer service to our colleagues and guests
  • Enjoys working with people and show genuine caring
  • Proactive, positive attitude and demeanor
  • Responsible, dependable, and hard-working
  • Able to multi-task, be outgoing and personable
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize projects
  • Strong attention to detail, great communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
