Company info
Are you ready to shape the future of digital solutions in the Card Business Unit? Join MOL Group Fuel Card’s Strategy and Development team and take ownership of a strategic portfolio that spans across 10 countries and drives real business impact.
Tasks
Lead and manage the delivery of development projects within the Card BU portfolio, from concept creation till „go to market”.
Own and maintain a clear delivery roadmap. Drive requirement specification, define acceptance criteria, MVPs in close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
Ensure continuous prioritization of backlog items to maximize business impact and resource efficiency.
Represent the Card BU in forums related to resource planning, demand management, and project prioritization.
Drive digitalization, User Experience improvement for B2B customers. Comply with MOL standards, methodologies, and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Track and improve KPIs related to project execution and portfolio performance.
Provide professional guidance and support to a team of internal and external experts.
Requirements
University or college degree in Business or Economics
10 years of experience in product development, preferably in an international / B2B setup. Knowledge of card systems is a plus.
Strong stakeholder management experience, strategic thinking, organizational skills
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
Project Management experience (Agile / SAFe or equivalent).
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in MS Office and Project Professional.
Driver’s license (B category).
