Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the production team, including equipment, tooling, materials, and facility.
- Oversee department manpower, facility management, and layout to ensure an efficient working environment.
- Execute production schedules as per the planner's plan, ensuring a balance between production capacity and manpower.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing process to meet
- Corporate goal on production targets, efficiency, product quality to meet customer’sneeds.
- Guide the team to achieve daily production output and maintain discipline within the department.
- Cross communication to resolve emergency issue, quickly response requirement from others department
- Cooperate with the Quality team to drive continuous improvement actions.
- Ensure that QMS, 5S and safety & health guidelines are followed.
- Maintain effectiveness of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
Requirements
- Bachelor or equivalent degree in engineering major
- At least 5 years of working experience as a leader in Manufacturing/Production Operations
- Intermediate level of English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Has previously been responsible for supervising a manufacturing team of 150+ employees
Nice-to-have
- Have experience with automotive production line management
- Chinese language skills (spoken and/or written)
