Responsibilities

Managing and controlling the production area (four production units + maintenance)
Coordination and development of production processes
Capacity analysis and resource planning
Optimizing production efficiency
Monitoring and continuous improvement of production KPIs
Development of measurements, planning, and tracking of implementation
Ensure that IATF and customer requirements are fulfilled in the production area
Ensure quality and product responsibility – zero defect policy
Mentoring, motivation, and employee retention support
Reporting to the managing director and global departments

Requirements

3 years of experience in production management
5 years of experience in the Automotive industry or similar (e.g. Aerospace, Life Science)
Higher education (technical degree is an advantage)
Theoretical and practical knowledge of lean tools
Excellent English knowledge, German language is an advantage
Analytical mindset, systematic approach
Decision-making capability, assertiveness, result orientated
Stress tolerance, flexibility
Planning and organizational capabilities, strategic thinking
Leadership experience, ability to motivate
Communication skills: clear, distinct communication
User-level IT knowledge and SAP knowledge
