Responsibilities

Own the product and delivery roadmap, translating strategic direction into a clear and actionable backlog
Define and prioritize customer-centric enhancements that improve the experience for patients, doctors, hospitals, and our employees working in blood collection points
Guide development teams to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions that make healthcare more accessible and efficient
Facilitate sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and backlog grooming together with engineering teams
Work closely with engineering, QA, architecture, data protection, legal, quality, and operations teams to deliver compliant and secure solutions.
Support product leadership in roadmap refinement, prioritisation, and quarterly business planning
Onboard countries to the digital platform, shaping the local processes and aligning them to standard features

Requirements

Solid experience working with custom software development, ideally within healthcare, diagnostics, or other regulated environments.
At least BSc degree in relevant field
5+ year experience in Product Ownership and/or Project Management
Proven experience in:
Product ownership and backlog management
Business requirements engineering and solution design
Agile software delivery in collaboration with development teams
Working alongside project managers in complex implementation environments
Ability to operate effectively in multi-country, matrix organizations with diverse stakeholder groups.
Strong background in ecommerce, digital ordering, or order-entry / transaction-heavy platforms.
Familiarity with UX best practices and customer journey optimisation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

Excellent project management skills
Good understanding of data protection and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR)
Medical field related experience
