The Central Data Management Team of K&H is looking for a value delivery lead / Product Owner colleague who will be responsible for the professional ownership of the KBC Group-level financial data warehouse on the K&H side, with a strong focus on ensuring that business areas receive the right data on time and with the appropriate quality.

Your responsibilities will include:

• professional ownership and coordination of developments
• participation in quarterly PI planning and defining commitments based on team capacity
• managing and prioritising the backlog
• coordinating the professional work of Business Analysts
• monitoring the progress of development topics and task groups (DWH, specifications, validations)
• Continuous collaboration with business stakeholders and key participants of the KBC group level programme
• active participation in agile ceremonies and close cooperation with the Scrum Master
• contributing to the business use of the Bank’s data assets and developing solution proposals for information need
• participation in the development of additional data asset management platforms

• university/college degree in economics or a related field
• experience in information systems development
• general understanding of Oracle databases
• understand banking products and their underlying technical operation at a high level
• analytical mindset and can structure and present complex information
• enjoy teamwork, while also taking ownership and accountability for decisions
• have fluent English (written and spoken)
