You will join the Group Process Improvement and Digitalization team, supporting initiatives that enhance end-to-end business processes, operational efficiency, and digital transformation across MOL Group. The role bridges business and IT functions, providing hands-on exposure to structured process improvement and digital projects.

You will assist in analyzing complex processes, identifying inefficiencies, supporting project execution, preparing materials for workshops and meetings, and contributing to digital and analytical solutions.

• Your Background: A fresh graduate, have your bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, IT, Management, or related field.
• Your Personality: A systems‑minded, digitally fluent problem solver who combines structured thinking, collaborative project management, and a data‑driven curiosity to navigate complexity and drive effective solutions.
• Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in any other language is considered an asset.
• Tech Savvy: MS Office and skills in Power BI would be benefical in this role.
