You will join the polymer business team, contributing to commercial and strategic activities that drive MOL Group’s market presence in plastics. The role connects sales, marketing, and product management, supporting how products are positioned and delivered to customers while building a solid understanding of the industry.

You will support market analysis and decision-making, contribute to strategic projects, assist coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and help strengthen market insights and commercial activities.

• Your Background: A fresh graduate, have your bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economic, Commercial or related field.
• Your Personality: Strong communication skills, critical and creative thinking, a proactive and agile mindset, advanced analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English.
• Tech Savvy: Competent use of standard Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
