Polish Speaker Site Merchandiser

As our next Site Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating banners for our category pages. You will strategically arrange, target, and place our client's products on the website in order to maximize sales.

• Create banners (headers on the website), pages, pricing updates, and other tasks per the client's specifications
• Enhance the buyer's experience by utilizing the visual elements of the product provided by the customer
• Maintain accurate data for all categories of products
• Ensure that category and product pages are easy to navigate by performing regular site audits
• Maintain a content calendar for each product under the category on designated websites as suggested by the client
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports on the category's performance
• Make any necessary changes based on the information provided through SWAT and ADO every day
• Keep a repository of website placements that will be added and those that will be removed
• Plan the execution of events and campaigns as per the content calendar
• Participate in the briefing plan with the client about promotions and activities
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on the errors reported by the client to ensure no similar errors occur in the future
• Ensure efficient collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and vendors both internally and externally

• At least 1 year of experience in site merchandising for e-commerce companies
• A bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or sales, is required
• Understanding of site merchandising activities
• Polish and English on a business level.
