Responsibilities

Primary HR operations point of contact for EMEA/APAC employees
Management of day-to-day questions and employee lifecycle transactions
Leadership or co-leadership of global People Operations programs including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and compensation cycles
Continuous improvement of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
Design, standardization, and scaling of compliant, user-friendly, and operationally effective HR processes
Exploration of AI and automation to enhance HR service delivery
End-to-end leadership of EMEA employment compliance
Monitoring regulatory changes and managing relationships with external legal and employment advisors
Ensuring compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and data protection standards
Delivery of high-quality HR documentation including employee contracts, contract amendments, and employment declarations
Maintenance of accurate employee records across electronic and paper systems
Administration of leave of absence, time-off tracking, benefits coordination, and policy documentation across EMEA/APAC regions

Requirements

3-6+ years of HR Generalist or People Operations experience with EMEA multi-country exposure
Track record of independently leading HR operations programs cross-functionally including onboarding, offboarding, benefits and leave management, immigration, and policy development
Ability to advise managers and employees on HR matters translating policy and compliance requirements into practical guidance
Curiosity about AI and automation tools as applied to HR service delivery
Interest in recruiting support including candidate sourcing, coordinating interview loops, and process coordination
Professional fluency in English and Hungarian (spoken and written)
