Responsibilities
- Define the People Strategy, support teams by creating alignment with our business objectives.
- Equip the EMEA company organisation to succeed in the future, help anticipate future skills and workforce transition, drive organisational development, change management, and capability building as digitalisation and automation progress.
- Support and coach the company managers to build future‑ready leadership practices and ensure business continuity.
- Create connection and collaboration between the functions and Business Pillars to enhance organisational performance.
- Strengthen the employee experience across all countries and functions, equipping teams with skills and mindset for a data driven, AI-enabled future.
The People & Digital Managing Director lead the strategic transformation of People Power to make it more agile, digital and business-impactful.
Responsibilities include:
- Design and drive the HR transformation roadmap, that will enhance decision-making, employee experience and people insights, aligned with the EMEA business strategy.
- Accelerate digitalisation, HR automation, and simplification, building on initiatives already initiated by the People Power team.
- Strengthen HR capabilities, introduce innovation in organisational development, workforce planning, and leadership development.
- Manage, guide and support the existing People Power Director and the team to align on new ways of working.
Requirements
- 10+ years in HR leadership with multi-country European exposure; proven track in digital/HRIS transformation
- Fluent in data-driven (Analytics Platforms, Data tools like Power BI) and core competences in AI & Automation platforms (Chatbot, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Strong program leadership (roadmaps, budgets) data-driven mindset.
- Fluent in English, proficiency in one of those languages Czech, French, German, Italian a plus; cultural agility across Central & Western Europe.
- Credible executive presence: ability to influence at CEO/Executive level and engage operational teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.

- Integrity, confidentiality, and resilience. The person who takes on this role is expected to have experience or awareness of Data Protection and infosec.
- To ensure compliance and high degree of security this position must collaborate with the Business Bolster Team.

As part of our transformation and future‑focused evolution, we are recruiting a People and Digital Managing Director to lead our People strategy and strengthen, modernise, the People Power function for the EMEA region. Reporting to the CEO and as a member of the Executive Team, this role acts as a key counterpart to the CEO and Executive leaders across business units and will help shape the future of our operating and cultural model across 9 legal entities spread across Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy and UK. The role combines senior leadership and strategic guidance to succeed in the next phase of the EMEA transformation with management of the overall People Power organisation.
The People & Digital Managing Director acts as a strategic partner to EMEA leadership, supporting business transformation and managerial excellence.
