People Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a SM4RT People Coordinator to coordinate the process of planning and implementing new ways of operations within the organisation, triggered by our global digital transformation program, the SM4RT.

The goal of SM4RT program is to undertake the smart greenfield SAP S/4HANA system implementation with related 3rd party systems and in 43 companies of the Group.  The scope covers 5 L1 E2E processes, which are Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Plan to Produce, Plan to Maintain and Report to Record. This business process redesign (BPR) multi-year programme is of huge magnitude and currently consists of various preparatory projects, which will be followed by the specification and implementation program phases. The program is supported by multiple external advisory firms.  

A successful SM4RT People Manager is a dynamic, structured individual with previous hands on experience in organizing business activities or leading HR focused projects that spanned across multiple departments and involved subcontractors. The candidate is not required to have change management knowledge, only a genuine interest in humanities.    

This job is hybrid, a combination of home office and regular onsite presence in the company’s HQ in Budapest.

The SM4RT People Coordinator will report directly to the SM4RT Program Director.

Your tasks

  • Coordination and overview of all change management activities in the program
  • Preparing transparent reports on progress, status, risks, issues, results of all change management activities
  • Being the first point of contact for the OCM subcontractor and supervising their activities
  • Forming a bridge between the company’s HR department and the OCM subcontractor 
  • Preparing, facilitating and documenting the Change Management Lab meetings, which is the program’s strategic level management forum
  • Undertaking operational and back office tasks
  • Managing the program’s OCM budget
  • Supporting the OCM subcontractor in organizing meetings and events as required
  • Managing the program’s Stakeholder register
  • Initiating and organizing the SM4RT Academy workshops which have the prime objective to build up knowledge in S4HANA future end users on the system’s functionalities and capabilities

Your educational attainment

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

     

Your experience

  • 5+ years in various assistancy, coordination or project management functions, at least in 2 different, preferably international companies  
  • Proven track record in vendor management  
  • Good communication, presentation and listening skills
  • Structured thinking
  • Good time management and problem solution mindset
  • Flexibility and
  • Strong knowledge of various Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Proficiency in English
