Join our Global Total Rewards Center of Excellence as a People Analytics & Reporting Specialist 

Be part of a global team where data meets people strategy-helping shape decisions that drive success across our organization.

Location: Szombathely/Rábahídvég, Hungary (flexible hybrid work environment) 


  • Own and manage global HR dashboards and reporting tools to ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and secure access
  • Collaborate with local and global HR teams to collect, validate, and align data across countries
  • Deliver HR metrics and dashboards that tell a story-combining quantitative data with qualitative insights
  • Design and improve dashboard pages in Power BI, supporting automation with Power Apps
  • Lead people analytics initiatives by spotting trends, patterns, and risks, and turning them into actionable recommendations
  • Identify reporting needs, create scalable solutions, and support ad-hoc analytical projects across Total Rewards and Global HR
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance, controlling, HR analytics, or reporting
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas and modeling)
  • Experience in Power BI and Power Apps
  • A detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data in context
  • Excellent communication skills to translate data insights for HR and leadership audiences
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent English language skills with full professional proficiency; German a plus.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable in a global Center of Excellence environment
